It is supposed to kick in automagically, but sometimes needs a prodding from the all mighty Imma. I can see from chat that this has been sorted already.

It all happens automagically, as Spiff said. I did nothing to sort it out. It can take up to 15 minutes to process the rank changes across all servers.
